A short bench.
The company hires rarely and slowly. Each role on the bench carries one discipline, on the ledger, for every brand on the roster. We read applications in batches.
The company is open to seniors in performance marketing, creative direction, and trader liaison. The bench is small and the work is dense. New hires meet both founders, the broker desk, and one signed principal before a contract is read.
Open applications are welcome, in writing, in the applicant's own voice. A CV is fine. A brief in three paragraphs is better.

Hands on the platform. Owns the cost per registered community member across the roster, defended every morning, on one ledger.

Holds the editorial line for each principal on the roster. Writes the brand book. Sits across art direction, copy, and the principal's public voice.

Role.03 Open · Mid Trader liaison.
The principal's single point of contact at the company. Reads the morning ledger with each principal. Holds editorial calendar, lifecycle, and broker handoff.
