- TC.01 Brand Wordmark, voice, posture Each principal carries a brand that reads as theirs. The studio builds it, holds it, and updates it without bothering the principal more than twice a quarter.
- TC.02 Paid acquisition Continuous practice, not campaigns A known cost per registered community member, read every morning, defended against the platform. Acquisition is run by the holding company, not by the principal.
- TC.03 Broker partnerships Counterparty mandates The partnerships table sits at the holding company, not with the principal. One ledger, one negotiation, broker terms held in writing.
- TC.04 Funnel From cold viewer to registered member A first-party funnel: landing, lead capture, qualification, broker handoff. The funnel is the same shape across the roster. The voice on top is the principal's.
