  1. TC.01 Brand Wordmark, voice, posture Each principal carries a brand that reads as theirs. The studio builds it, holds it, and updates it without bothering the principal more than twice a quarter.
  2. TC.02 Paid acquisition Continuous practice, not campaigns A known cost per registered community member, read every morning, defended against the platform. Acquisition is run by the holding company, not by the principal.
  3. TC.03 Broker partnerships Counterparty mandates The partnerships table sits at the holding company, not with the principal. One ledger, one negotiation, broker terms held in writing.
  4. TC.04 Funnel From cold viewer to registered member A first-party funnel: landing, lead capture, qualification, broker handoff. The funnel is the same shape across the roster. The voice on top is the principal's.
  5. TC.05 Retention Lifecycle, community, follow-on The work that comes after a registered audience member. Lifecycle email, community moderation, follow-on programmes treated with the same care as acquisition.
  6. TC.06 Attribution One number per brand, every morning A single ledger, first-party. The holding company knows which media spend produced which registered member, for which broker, on which day.
